To search for a particular book, use the search box at the top of the page. You can search by Title, Author or ISBN.

If you are searching for a gift you may like to consider a Virgo Moon Pages and More Gift Voucher available in denominations of $30, $50 and $100. The lucky recipient is able to choose books or products to the value of the voucher from our site. Once purchased using your shopping cart an email will be sent to you within 24 hours for you to add your own greeting and forward to the recipient. There is a redemption page on our website on which the recipient can register the voucher serial number. The value of the voucher is then applied against any  on-line purchases from Virgo Moon Pages and More, with any unspent amount able to be credited towards future purchases.

PRICING

Pricing for each book and product is clearly indicated alongside the item. All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). If you are purchasing from outside Australia, (before completing your order) please email us details of your location so that we can calculate freight and delivery method.

HOW TO BUY

We have made every effort to make purchasing a book or product from our shop as simple as possible. Use the search facility to find the book or product that you desire, click on the title and you will be taken to the individual product page. To place your order, click on 'Add to Shopping Basket'. Once you have placed the item in your 'basket', you can choose to proceed to the 'Check Out' or to 'Continue Shopping'.

COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE

In your shopping basket you can review your purchases and, if necessary, make changes to your order.

If you decide that you don't want a particular title, simply click the 'Delete' button next to the title.

If you want multiple items of a particular book or product, highlight the number in the 'Quantity' box, type in the number that you require, and then click 'Update Basket'.

When your selections are complete click on 'Check Out Now'. You will then be prompted for your account details.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

After you have finished shopping, click on 'Check Out Now' to create an account. (New customers will need to click on the 'Create New User Account' button.) Upon entering your personal details you will be prompted to create a user name and password. This will enable you to purchase from Virgo Moon Pages and More at any time without having to enter your personal details again. Make sure that you keep your user name and password in a convenient and safe place.

We do not retain your credit card information after a transaction. Each time you purchase from us you must enter your credit card information.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia.

International orders: if you are purchasing from outside Australia, (before completing your order) please email us details of your location so that we can calculate freight and delivery method. We use Australia Post Air Mail, depending on the country of destination.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS

If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, complete the purchasing process as you would if you were paying by Visa,Mastercard, PayPal. Select your payment preference on the payment page (cheque, money order or EFT) and you will be given an order reference number.  Please make your cheque out to Virgo Moon Pages and More, write the reference number on the back of your cheque or money order and send it to:

Your goods will be despatched when payment has been received and cleared.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)

All the prices of books and products shown on our site are inclusive of GST charged at 10% of the base price in accordance with Australian law.  Please note: International orders do not attract Australian GST.

RETURNS POLICY

Goods will leave our store in accordance with the description and condition described on our site.  If your book or product arrives damaged or faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt Please note, we do not allow a return in the case of a change of mind. However if a damaged item is returned within 14 days of receipt we will replace the item.

Please also note: We do not exchange or refund in respect of CD's or DVD's.

At Virgo Moon Pages and More the security of your personal information is of paramount importance. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe and we do not release it to any third party. We do not keep records of your credit card information. If you do not wish to enter your credit card details into our payment system, you may pay by other means mentioned above.
